(Must be under an income threshold)
Child Benefit or Low-income Household
If your tenants are in receipt of child benefits or have a low income, you may still be accepted based on your local authority's rules called LA Flex.

As a tenant, you are able to have insulation and central heating measures installed at the discretion of your landlord.
Landlords
As a landlord, you are able to have insulation and central heating measures installed if your tenants have one of the qualifying benefits found above.
